Starting in the fall of 2020, Rice Memorial High School will be one of just two AP Capstone Diploma Program schools in the state - the only in Chittenden County.
What is the AP Capstone Program?
This innovative new program allows students to develop the skills that matter most for college success, such as research, collaboration, and communication. The program consists of two courses taken in sequence: AP® Seminar and AP Research.
"As the newest program of the College Board, the APCapstone Diploma has fast become the international gold standard for assessing student critical thinking and research skills." - Jeff Maher, Rice Assistant Principal
