Rice-Cathedral Annual Fund

Tuition at Rice Memorial High School does not cover the total cost to educate a student.

Like all private schools and colleges, tuition does not cover the total cost to educate each student. To keep Rice affordable, we discount tuition by 30 percent for all students. The Rice-Cathedral Fund helps close this funding gap and supports every aspect of the Rice experience. Every year, our generous donors help us bridge the tuition gap by giving to the annual appeal.

Funds raised in our annual appeal support our general operating budget and enhance programming. This year's appeal goal is $500,000.
 
 The Rice-Cathedral Fund is fundamental to:

• Tuition assistance for over 30 percent of our students
• Salaries and professional development for our talented faculty and staff
• Classroom resources and equipment
• Arts and athletics programming, plus the 90 year tradition of Stunt Nite
• Care and keeping of our facilities.
