7th and 8th Grade Transcripts are requested electronically by parent within the application checklist
7th and 8th Grade Standardized Test Scores are requested electronically by parent within the application checklist
English/Social Studies, Mathematics and Foreign Language Teacher Recommendation Forms, Administrative Recommendation Form
Education Evaluation, if applicable are requested electronically by parent within the application checklist
IEP/504, if applicable
All forms will be electronically emailed to the appropriate teacher(s) once you have entered their information into your checklist.
Final Enrollment Steps
Once a student is accepted for admission, a $200 non-refundable enrollment fee is required to reserve their place.
Three additional steps are needed to complete the enrollment process and officially enroll as a student:
