We would love to welcome you to our school! When applying to Rice as an International Student, you will need to provide the following information and documentation. These items can be submitted digitally via Rice’s enrollment management portal or via email. Applications will not be considered complete until ALL of the following materials have been submitted:

International Application Checklist:

• Application (online)
• Official High School Transcripts
• Official translated High School transcripts (ENGLISH)
• Recommendation from an English teacher
• Recommendation from a Principal, Head of School, or School Counselor
• Individual and family photographs (2-4 photos)
• English test scores - DuoLingo or TOEFL, JR. or iTEP
• Interview
• Physical examination report (completed by family physician)
• Education Evaluation/IEP/504, if applicable
• Copy of Passport information
• Family financial statement (Proof of ability to pay)

Enrollment Checklist:

• Signed Enrollment and Tuition Contract, along with a $5000 non-refundable enrollment fee, due by May 1 or within two weeks of your acceptance letter - required to reserve your place
• Proof of Mandatory Health Insurance (provide a copy of both front and back of your insurance card)
• Create a PRIVIT School Health Account (must be done between July 1-August 1) 
• School Permissions Form
