Scholar's Bowl 

Last weekend, the Scholar's Bowl Team participated in the VT State Championship tournament at Montpelier High School. The team entered the tournament in the Medlar Cup bracket, a playdown bracket almost like a wildcard. The team won their first match in a nailbiter of a comeback against Woodstock with a final question answered by Renzo Pizzagalli literally at the same moment the buzzer ended the match. From there, the team played two tough matches against CVU and Burlington, working their way to the quarter-finals. The tournament capped a competitive season for the team, especially against more seasoned teams.
